We photograph installations to document our work and, with the client’s permission, to show in our portfolio. We avoid capturing people and personal details. If you see a photo you would like removed, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Email communications
We follow Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We send commercial emails only with your consent, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe. We never sell or share email lists.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Business and tax records are kept for at least six years, as required by Canadian tax law. After that, information is securely deleted or destroyed.
